Sunway Malls Win Seven International Awards

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 December 2022 – Sunway Malls’ outstanding Customer Experience (CX) efforts has been recognised in 2 international CX award ceremonies recently: International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) and CX Asia Excellence Awards; honouring the highest levels of excellence across the CX space.

First-class CX requires an entire organisation working together to put their customers first. A purposeful and holistic strategy adopting multi-stakeholder approaches were introduced in alignment to the company vision of “We Create Experiences That Enrich Lives.” With this dedication to customer-centricity, Sunway Malls continues to cement themselves in the hearts of people as the leading shopping mall owner-operator in Malaysia.

Sunway Malls received a commendable seven awards, including the Overall Winner with the highest score across all category submissions:
